“Would you please say something, ______?”  Yumichika sighed.  You glared at him sidelong.  Your lips were pursed and your cheeks were bulged like a child as you held your breath.  You were sitting on a bench with a gap large enough to fit a large person between the two of you.  You crossed your arms and legs and looked away.  “I said that I was sorry!”

You still didn’t say anything.  Yumichika scooted towards you and poked your shoulder once…twice…three times.  Finally you smacked at his hand, but when you did he caught your fingers in his and brought them to his lips.  He glanced up at you from beneath his long, dark lashes.  “Don’t act like this,” he said with an apologetic grin.  “You know I hate it when you pout.”

You narrowed your eyes slightly and let the air out of your cheeks so that you no longer looked like a chipmunk.  Your eyes became misty with tears.  Yumichika’s eyes widened slightly and he pulled you into his arms.  He felt terrible.  He had never meant to make you cry or to upset you so much.  He placed his chin on top of your head and patted your back.  

“It’s not fair,” you muttered.

Yumichika frowned slightly and pushed you back so that you were looking each other in the face.  He arched an eyebrow.  

“What are you talking about?”  He asked finally after a moment of silence.  You crossed your arms again and huffed loudly.

“You changed the locks to your house!”

Yumichika blinked a few times and let his shoulders slump.  He stood, rummaged in his pocket, and pulled out a long, slender key.  He tossed it to you.

“Just make a copy…I don’t want you killing yourself trying to get in through the window.”
